Follow Through

To follow through - a phrase often used and associated with sports that use arm and leg movement.

TheFreeDictionay.com:  follow through
1. Sports. To carry a stroke to natural completion after hitting or releasing a ball or other object.
2. To carry an act, project, or intention to completion; pursue fully.

Completion. To pursue fully. In life, that's to follow through.

When we do something right at just one point, that's not following through.
When we do something just to prove a point, that's not following through.

Doing anything without following through is like doing something half-heartedly.

If we cannot follow through, better to not have done it at all, or to never have started at all.
